INSTALLATIONS
Our client was experiencing unbalanced hot and cold water pressure throughout the building. Following a site survey we recommended installing a new twin pump variable speed cold water booster set.

Scope of works
This included carrying out the groundworks to support the installation of the new 2000 litre cold water storage tank and GRP enclosure to house the new set. Once installed ran a new electrical supply from the local distribution board and core drilled through the wall where mains water enters the building, running a new supply and discharge pipework back into the building. All the tanks in the loft area were bypassed and a PRV installed to each down service so each flat was converted to boosted mains which meant the pressure was regulated and they no longer experienced issued with pressure.
