INSTALLATIONS

This local school required an upgrade of their existing twin sewage pumping station from a single phase supply to a three phase as they were finding the demand put upon the existing pump set was too great and requiring repeated call outs to resolve issues.

Scope of works

We attended site with a tanker to empty and clean the sewage pit before the new pumps were installed. We updated electrical supplies to accommodate and installed a new control panel. New float switches were wired into the control panel and tested. A new GRP enclosure was positioned to house the new installation. Pumps were lowered into the pit, direction of rotation tested and pumps de-airlocked.

Site was left with a new fully functioning pump set.
